At Papakat, we want you to love what you receive. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

What We Offer

We offer replacement only — no cash refunds. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra charge.

  • Replacement dispatched within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Exchange for a different colour is free of charge

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
