At Papakat, we want you to love what you receive. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
What We Offer
We offer replacement only — no cash refunds. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
- Replacement dispatched within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Exchange for a different colour is free of charge
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
